When will I receive my order?
Deliveries will normally be within 10 -14 working days from confirmation of order and receipt of all artwork and relevant information to all UK Mainland addresses. (Subject to change during busy periods. Please contact us for up to date turnarounds).
Stitch Milton Keynes can accept no responsibility for delays which are beyond our control.
All deliveries MUST BE CHECKED and discrepancies reported within 48hrs of receipt of goods.
We use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries, however should you require your order quicker (or a Saturday delivery)
we can provide you with a quote. Delivery charges will be quoted at time of confirmation of order.

Stitch Milton Keynes Return Policy
In the unlikely event of a complaint due to faulty goods or workmanship, customers should contact Stitch within one week of receiving the goods. This should be done in writing by either email or letter and should include clear evidence (i.e. photograph) of the defect.
Where possible all goods will be replaced like for like or a credit note issued. In crediting the customer, we comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Once confirmation from Stitch has been given that the items are faulty they must be returned within 2 weeks. Please be aware that it is your responsibility for any return charges and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us.
For your own protection, we highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns to us.
We can only refund delivery charges or accept returns of unopened items if they are faulty or supplied in error.
Please be aware that goods that are embroidered to the customers specifications cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customers own requirements. Unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging. i.e. unopened and with all seals intact.
