Want to keep your garments looking as fresh as the day you brought them, follow these useful care tips:  

Washing:
Its best to wash all your embroidered or printed garments on a low heat setting. 
Wash your garments inside out.  
Use mild detergents that do not include bleaching agents such as chlorine, peroxide, or sodium carbonate. 
Never leave damp or wet garments pressed together. 
Wash on a delicate cycle.   
Dry cleaning is not recommended.  

Drying:
Do not tumble dry.  
Dry flat or on an airier. 

Ironing:
Iron on the reverse side on a low heat setting.   
Embroidery - Dampen slightly before ironing.
